Meet the Ponytail Palm, a fun easy to care for plant!  It's actually a succulent and holds water in its bulbous trunk, making watering a breeze.  In the summer you can water it once the top 2-3" of soil have completely dried out. Water only occasionally in Winter. Bring it to the sink in its growers pot and let the water soak the soil completely, allowing the excess water to drain out. Give your pony the sun, it loves bright and indirect light, think a west facing window.
