Can I change my shipping address?

Please email us at info@foli.caas soon as possible with your request for a shipping address change. We try our best to get orders out the door quickly, so the sooner you can let us know, the better!

This is my first time gifting plants, what should I expect?

Welcome to Foli! We are experts in plants, especially gifting plants. Once you have placed your order you will receive an order confirmation, confirming the details of your order. You will then receive another notification once your plant has been shipped from our facility. Shipping times vary, depending on where the package is being shipped to but you should expect delivery within 2 - 5 business days once your order has been shipped from our facility.

Can I gift a subscription?

Of course you can! Subscriptions make a great gift that keeps on giving! The recipient will receive 3 different plants in 30 day increments. You (the sender) will be billed 3 times for the same amount, once a month.

How does the recipient know its from me?

You can personalize your chosen card by leaving us a message in the checkout process, which we will beautifully transcribe and include with your selected card and add it to your package.

Beautiful Plants

I’m a plant newbie, but I plan on becoming a plant pro. Foli made it easy to find the plant that would work best for our master bedroom. The plants arrived so fast with no damage. They’re all so healthy! I think my plant is thriving, it’s my time owning this plant but she seems happy!! She even enjoyed some time outside this past weekend.
