My order was running late due to an issue with plants that had become spoiled in transit. I was kept in the loop and given the option of continuing to wait or getting my money refunded. When my bird of paradise was finally ready I was sent a photo of what it would look like and received it promptly. When the package arrived, it was beautifully packaged with the pot and soil well protected. I was surprised to find a little bonus plant they sent along given the delay. I received bright flashy cards with care instructions for both plants which was a nice touch. All in all I was super impressed and will definitely be returning to Foli for my plant needs.
