Instructions: (included with kit)

  1. Pick your seed of choice (seeds not included with kit)
  2. Fill outer pot with water up to the strainer tray
  3. Spreads seeds on the tray
  4. Moisten seeds with a spray bottle
  5. Cover pot with lid to germinate in the dark
  6. Watch your nutritious greens grow!
