Product Care

  • Fishbones can withstand high amounts of sunlight. Place in a south-facing window to see growth.
  • This plant can also do well in lower light situations but expect less growth and decrease watering.
  • Watering is dependent on the lighting you place your plant in. Unlike most cacti care, fishbones like to be kept slightly moist. You will notice wilting in the leaves if underwatered.
  • Water once soil is 50% dry.
  • You can easily propagate the stems if they break off. Simply place the base in a few inches of water.
  • If soil becomes condensed, set the pot in a few inches of water and allow the plant to soak the water from the bottom until the top of the soil is wet.
